Politika velja za obiskovalce spletnega mesta elektrohanza.si ter za posameznike, ki z nami stopijo v stik prek spletnih obrazcev, elektronske pošte, telefona ali drugih komunikacijskih poti.

3. What personal data we process

3.1 Contact messages and inquiries

When you send us a message or inquiry, we may process:

  • name and surname;
  • name of the company or organization;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • information about the desired service or project;
  • content of the message;
  • documents or other attachments that you attach yourself;
  • information about the time and method of communication.

We process data for:

  • processing and responding to your message;
  • preparation of the offer;
  • implementation of measures before the possible conclusion of the contract;
  • further business communication;
  • prevention of abuse;
  • asserting or defending legal claims.

The legal basis is the implementation of measures at your request before the conclusion of the contract or the implementation of the contract. In general business communication, ensuring security and protecting legal interests, processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests.

As a rule, we keep the data until the end of the communication, and then for a maximum of two years after the last substantive communication. When a contractual relationship arises from the communication or longer storage is necessary due to legal obligations or the enforcement of legal claims, we keep the data for a correspondingly longer period.

We do not use the data from the contact form for direct marketing without a separate and appropriate legal basis.

3.2 Applications for vacancies

When you apply for a vacancy or send us an open application, we may process:

We process data to carry out the employment process, assess the suitability of candidates, communicate with candidates and make selection decisions.

The legal basis is the implementation of measures at the request of the candidate before the possible conclusion of an employment contract, the fulfillment of the employer's legal obligations and the legitimate interest in proving the legality of the selection process and protecting legal claims.

As a rule, the data of unselected candidates is deleted or securely destroyed after the completion of the process. Limited documentation, which is necessary to prove the legality of the process or to protect legal claims, can be kept for a maximum of five years from the adoption of the selection decision, or longer when legal proceedings are underway in connection with the process.

We include the data of the selected candidate in the relevant personnel records and further process them in accordance with the regulations governing employment relationships.

In order to inform about future vacancies, we can only keep the application for a maximum of 24 months based on the separate, voluntary consent of the candidate. The applicant may revoke such consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the revocation.
